| I finally got my wrecked Riv in the garage and removed the damaged body panels including the hood, fenders, and bumper. The radiator took the brunt of the damage and was pushed back at the top nearly to the engine. This damaged the "frame" panels that are at the end of upper frame rails where the upper radiator support bolts to. I will have to replace them but I need to straighten the top panel that is part of the upper frame rail. This is the panel that the fender mounting bracket is welded to. Does anyone have pictures of this portion of the car w/o the fenders on? Both sides are damaged on my car so it is hard to tell the original shape of the panel. Pictures of this area would really help me know how to reshape my panels. I've done a search both here and on the 'net with no luck. I have the factory manuals but the pictures aren't detailed enough, even in the body repair section. | |
