| Anyone with a 1995 wiring diagram want to take a look and see what the common factor between these issues are. I would bet on an electrical problem of some sort. Chafed or broken wire somewhere. That's why I say there may be a common problem that can be found on a wiring diagram possibly. | |

| You may want to try replacing the PCM with another known good used one, it could also be a bad ground wire or voltage supply wire.
Is it a supercharged or n/a '95? It matters a lot. Please add that information at least to your signature, and don't forget to activate your signature in your user settings.

| PCM = Powertrain Control Module This is what's installed in your vehicle.
ECM = Engine Control Module Installed on other make cars.

| Actually, ECM/PCM is more about vintage than make.
When the transmissions were still "normal", the computer was an Engine Control Module... Now that they are trying to make solenoids and silicon work as well as vacuum, governors and hydraulics, the computers are Powertrain Control Modules.
