| Wow! Three Riv's! I'm so jealous. Very nice. The SA doesn't get driven much, huh. Welcome to the forum, I'm glad you found us. Hey, if you'll put the [IMG] in the text box instead of the http location, your pics will show. But the cars are | |

| Thanks guys! Nice to be among friends and people who appreciate these cars. I am the original owner of the SA, and I have raced it at the GSCA Nationals, and won 1st place in the showclass FWD. It also placed first at the ROA meet in Lancaster. At the same meet, the 1985 placed first in its class. The 65 Riv GS is all original with only 23K on the clock. It has won a few local shows. I have weathered a long Pennsylvania winter, and am looking forward to taking the cars out this weekend. | |

| Welcome, joebuick. Your '65 is my favorite! Beautiful car!
So what did you run when you raced the SA? Have you modified it in any way? _________________ '05 GTO 6.0L • 6-spd • 95k miles • 0-60: 4.8s • 16.9 avg MPG • Nelson Ledges Lap: 1:26'95 Celica GT 2.2L • 5-spd • 165k miles • 0-60: yes'98 SC Riviera • 281k miles • 298 HP/370 TQ • 0-60: 5.79s • ET: 13.97 @ 99.28 • 4087 lb • 20.1 avg MPG • Nelson Ledges Lap: 1:30 3.4" pulley • AL104 plugs • 180º t-stat • FWI w/K&N • 1.9:1 rockers • OR pushrods • LS6 valve springs • SLP headers • ZZP fuel rails KYB GR2 struts • MaxAir shocks • Addco sway bars • UMI bushings • GM STB • Enkei 18" EV5s w/ Dunlop DZ101s • F-body calipers EBC bluestuff/Hawk HP plus • SS lines • Brembo slotted discs • DHP tuned • Aeroforce • Hidden Hitch^^^ SOLD ^^^ '70 Ninety-Eight Holiday Coupe 455cid • 116k miles^^^ SOLD ^^^

| When I ran the SA, I think my best was 15.08. It was, and still is, totally stock, with the original air filter still inside. It doesn't get run too much, especially in bad weather. Glad I found some other SA owners!
jimmyriv - Fantastic machines!
99Rivman - Thanks!
I have been having a great time looking at all the incredible Rivs here. This is better than a local car show, where you might see 1 Riv, if lucky!

| I had some unleaded racing gas in the tank, and I played with the tire pressure, both front and back. The traction control remained off. My reaction times were decent, as this was the first FWD car I ever had on the track. I usually race one of my others. | |
