Dreww they do have a listing for a one. I followed the link that AA graciously provided and was able to access that page and see that much, but Unfortunately that site isn't mobile-friendly so that was the only page I could visit. If you have access to a real computer you should be able to get all the info you need and contact info in case you have questions. If you decide to get one please write in with your observations as I was interested as well.

I wonder exactly what they mean by that. The last thing these cars need is a slipperier converter...

They mean you get a choice of 2200 to 4000 RPM stall speed. Their TC uses a carbon fiber clutch and other lightweight parts. Using a lighter TC with higher stall speeds gives more power to the wheels, and it will survive the abuse (heat). For drag racing, you'd want a higher stall speed to access the peak of the power band sooner. This lets you take advantage of drag radials/slicks for really quick 0-60 times. Obviously, this sacrifices MPG at higher speeds. You also lose some throttle response with daily driving. Personally, I'd go with the 2200 RPM option.

Its exactly as Aarons says. A higher stall speed will allow you to launch the car at a higher rpm, taking advantage of any mods done that have shifted the powerband above stock levels. The drawback is that too high a stall speed will feel sloppy on the street and in extreme cases (I.e. a street driven riv with a 4000 rpm stall YIKES!) will build excessive heat and lead to early converter and/or trans failure.
