friend gave me a free 2.25" thrush glass-pack....now what lol

so he told me that what i should do is transform the exhaust into either true dual exhaust or single exhaust, and since money is tight at the moment just add a thrush muffle to the glass-pack and del the res and cat.

However the dumb butt gave me it with an adapter permanently stuck on it cause he accidentally used the wrong one, which is why hes giving it to me. So once I find my dads blow torch... Anyways will this work on my car and will that set up be a good idea???...I might cry if I lose my dual exhaust even if its not "true". but if I get a lot more acceleration/power then it might be worth it. Ideas anyone?

I have a cherry bomb in place of the rez,no cat,and a thrush turbo.sounds really good.single exhaust.

Youre not going to notice much of anything as far as performance goes....its just gonna change the exhaust sound.

True.It does open up the engine on the top a little.

hmm ok, well atm the exhaust is stock and I live where snow is so once my old exhaust is shot I'll start replacin it, I figured the most I would get is better air flow and sound, thanks guys !
