| -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- After driving functional vehicles from point A to B, I was immediately hooked when I slid behind the wheel of my jade green '95 for the first time. I bought it from a friend last year and got my first speeding ticket 2 months ago (love Supercharged)!! Go figure, my other drive is a Caravan...gotta still play mom sometimes -so happy I found this site | |

| Hi Folks. I'm a new member, somewhat by fate. My old Explorer bit the dust. I toyed with the idea of a new purchase, but decided against 'cause I work for a state with big time union issues at the moment, so am on the employment bubble. Having a younger engine installed in the Ford... keeping that ride for all my home project hauling. After bussing to work a couple of days there appeared on my shop's lot a '95 Riv in excellent shape, abandoned by an owner who was transferred out-of-state. $1600, incl. 4 new treads, new battery and a/c compressor, I'll be cruising more than hauling in this fabulous new boat. Looking forward to solving a few issues through this site's enthusiastic and knowledgeable membership! Glad I found you. I've a new post inquiring about manuals (in the appropriate section) ... appreciate anyone's help along those lines. Glad to be here, but agree with Mark Twain's stand that he's not sure he wants to belong to a club that would have him:) | |

| Thanks Dave! I see your Riv has way fewer miles (87K here), and no NY winters, which can be very exciting. Good for you! Though this Riv has obviously spent a luxurious life in someone's garage, that's over Right now we're recovering from an unusual experience for this state... an earthquake and hurricane in the same week. We've a bunch of surplus water if NM has needs:) | |
