Good charger? Almost any Schumacher, just get the size you think you need.
However, the best value charger I've ever had for a car battery is the STANLEY BC15BS (also sold as Black & Decker BC15BD). In 40 Amp mode it will put enough of a charge on a dead but sound battery to start a vehicle, in about 90 seconds or so (BTDT). It will cycle (via built in computer) a charge to 'recondition' a wet cell or AGM battery (BTDT also, long story though), although the reconditioning cycle takes a while (hours). No kidding, in my experience if a battery is dead but sound this charger will turn it into the 12V version of Lazarus of Bethany. It's that good.
