| Anyone mounted one of these yet? Here's mine running CoPilot Live on the iPad - temp mounts cut from that dense foam floor mat material. I'm thinking of mounting it on the dash and covering the radio and heat contols since that can be contolled from the steering wheel. | |

| Haven't done it with an Ipad, but I've done similar with my Android tablet. | |

| Pretty sweet. We tried that in my friend's iPod on a trip to Detroit earlier this year. We used GPS Drive app by MotionX. I think it's $0.99 w/free 30 day subscription. I now use the same app on my iPhone 4 mounted to the windshield by suction cup! _________________ '05 GTO 6.0L • 6-spd • 95k miles • 0-60: 4.8s • 16.9 avg MPG • Nelson Ledges Lap: 1:26'95 Celica GT 2.2L • 5-spd • 165k miles • 0-60: yes'98 SC Riviera • 281k miles • 298 HP/370 TQ • 0-60: 5.79s • ET: 13.97 @ 99.28 • 4087 lb • 20.1 avg MPG • Nelson Ledges Lap: 1:30 3.4" pulley • AL104 plugs • 180º t-stat • FWI w/K&N • 1.9:1 rockers • OR pushrods • LS6 valve springs • SLP headers • ZZP fuel rails KYB GR2 struts • MaxAir shocks • Addco sway bars • UMI bushings • GM STB • Enkei 18" EV5s w/ Dunlop DZ101s • F-body calipers EBC bluestuff/Hawk HP plus • SS lines • Brembo slotted discs • DHP tuned • Aeroforce • Hidden Hitch^^^ SOLD ^^^ '70 Ninety-Eight Holiday Coupe 455cid • 116k miles^^^ SOLD ^^^ | |

| Have you ever tried a bluetooth GPS unit for an ipad? Mine does not have the 3G/GPS chip. I use my phone for it all, works very well with Navigon, but I would love to see it on the ipad. | |

No but that's a good idea, I have a old iPhone that I don't have a data plan on that has the same GPS program on it that has horrible satellite reception. Bluetooth would be a good option. Thanks! | |

I would like to see one of those kits used. I'm not much of an Apple fan, but unfortunately that's where the support is. The next problem is finding the space to mount it without losing any functionality. You can also send your dash to them and they'll install it for a flat rate of $1200. This guy also has a decent YouTube channel.
