| Hi all! I'm adding a Alpine FM iPod adapter, it taps into the antenna. So I took out the black panel under the dash and the next set of screws planning to take the whole dash apart to get to the back of the radio.. then I saw this connection clipped in just above climate controls (in the poor picture below) Is this the antenne wire? and is that a junction that comes apart? if so that will make my day. Thanks - just want to make sure it's not part of the airbag wiring befor I start pulling [img] [/img] | |

| Yes that is one of the antenna joints. There is also one in the trunk and one behind the steering wheel area IIRC. _________________ 1996 with 254k miles, L32 4" FWI -> ported N* -> Ported Gen V w/3.0" Pulley, Stage 3 Phenolic I/C, ZZP FMHE, 1.84 RR, Headers and 3" pipe to mufflers, F-body brakes, and lowered on Eibachs. -RIP AMG C400 White on black.
