| Broke my trunk supercharged badge the other day washing the car. I decided i wanted something a little different. These were some of the options i looked through: Not a fan of carbon fiber, but they have one in black. i couldnt find a pic. I really liked this one but its $50 which is a little too much for a badge IMO. For a Jaguar. I decided to get this one and was pleasantly surprised when it came in a gm bag. P/N 22729684 from a cobalt ss. IMO it fit with the chrome on the car better than most other badges. Plus is it very close to the factory size, where the one up above is like 6" long. _________________ 1996 with 254k miles, L32 4" FWI -> ported N* -> Ported Gen V w/3.0" Pulley, Stage 3 Phenolic I/C, ZZP FMHE, 1.84 RR, Headers and 3" pipe to mufflers, F-body brakes, and lowered on Eibachs. -RIP AMG C400 White on black. | That looks really sharp Matthew, better than the original IMO, so what year Cobalt is it from and how much was it? By the way, the chrome trim around my taillights also has this faded area. I'm glad to see that its not just me. Must be from years of water and soap drainage along that area? | |

| I paid like $15 for it. Gm discout ftw. That tail light is actually from another car. I was in a minor accident but it cracked the tail light. My oem tail light was perfect. This one has the corrosion where it drains and it really bothers me but w/e. _________________ 1996 with 254k miles, L32 4" FWI -> ported N* -> Ported Gen V w/3.0" Pulley, Stage 3 Phenolic I/C, ZZP FMHE, 1.84 RR, Headers and 3" pipe to mufflers, F-body brakes, and lowered on Eibachs. -RIP AMG C400 White on black. | ohh that corrosion isn't a problem at all.All you need to do is get some chrome polish and after a few minutes rubbing i'm sure you'll have the shine back. | |

| Wish that was the case. That would work for real chrom but for the plates stuff the more you polish it the thinner it gets. Any more on mine and it will be all plastic _________________ 1996 with 254k miles, L32 4" FWI -> ported N* -> Ported Gen V w/3.0" Pulley, Stage 3 Phenolic I/C, ZZP FMHE, 1.84 RR, Headers and 3" pipe to mufflers, F-body brakes, and lowered on Eibachs. -RIP AMG C400 White on black. | If anyone is interested, the part number for the stock emblem is 25602037. Bought one a few years ago when I had my car repainted. Don't remember what I paid for it. The Cobalt emblem looks great. _________________ 98 Riviera SC3800 All stock except gutted air box. 1970 Buick GS455 Stage1, TSP built 470BBB, 602HP/589TQ Best MPH, 116.06 MPH, Best ET, 11.54 https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=UHCda-t_Jls https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=sfT2tEO4XcU
