After searching 2 years I finally bought my Riviera.

1997 Diamond White, Blue Leather not a fleck of rust. A gem! 91,000 miles.

These are the dealer pics, some good some not so good. When better weather arrives my pics will be taken.

Looking to change the wheels as soon as I find the factory Riviera Chrome wheels.

Quiet, smooth and damned near showroom clean everywhere. I paid a little more for this car but I got what I wanted. yay

Thank You. Saw a lot of other people's problems out there, also saw some very nice cars.

When you see the one you know it.

Black with the dark grey interior was first choice but hard (impossible) to find with low miles.

Burgundy with burgundy interior was second choice. Lots of those out there but high mileage.

This wasn't even in the color scheme but it was when I saw it. Damn I am a happy man!

That's a gorgeous Riv! I searched long and hard for my Riviera as well. Finally found a red one with burgandy interior with 95,000 miles on it! It belonged to an elderly lady and it is completely flawless for its age! You sir have found an excellentt car!

Do you plan on keeping her stock or are mods in your future?

Keeping her all original ... unless I discover some hidden horsepower somewhere. No mods as far as physical change.

Keep mods to a minimum on a car in that condition IMO

Agreed.

Probably mod the radio for Ipod and Blue Tooth, that's about the extent of my intended mods.

Carl: I noticed in your pics that your radio antenna appears to be slanted toward the rear. Is that correct ??? I had never noticed that before on a Riv.

That is a fix item. Find a replacement and install.

PW44 I think from Autozone, or a recycled replacement from Ed Morad off a same vintage GM (Buick/Olds/Caddy) fits the fender ferrule.

Yes, it's blue. I test drove it for about 35 miles before buying it. She's blue.

The photos look gray, and that's what I thought it was before I drove down there to look at it.

Nice Car. Put a K&N and Mobil 1 in for mods. I agree on the stereo. Minimum replace the front components.
