PO 102 is the mass air flow sensor voltage low. PO 300 is multiple cylinder misfire. If you drive the car with a misfiring engine, raw fuel enters the catalytic converter, overheats it, and causes it to fail.
Start by checking the MAF.
Verify that the Mass Air Flow Sensor wiring is connected properly and that there are no broken / frayed wires.
Inspect for any air leaks near the MAF sensor.
Take the MAF out and clean it using a spray cleaner like electrical contact cleaner. Be gentle with the sensor.
Check the voltage of the MAF sensor (refer to the FSM)
Replace the MAF sensor.
