| Damn! That looks really good and they look great together. I'm a big fan of the boattails. I'd love to have one someday. What type and size rims are on the '71? | |

| Thanks again everyone...what a difference between this forum and the honda forums Ive been skimming for my accord (the 97 riv replaced it). Something about Buick owners (especially rivi owners) sets them aside from the rest....Nothing but flamers over there.
Anyway, the '97 is pearl white...the pics, and setting wasnt the most ideal but I really wanted to join up here and get them posted. Hope to take some better ones by the lake this weekend.
For mods, the basic gutting of airbox, chip, exhaust (probably not header but maybe), Id like to do something to stiffen the suspension a little (just a little) and a little lower would be nice too. Window tints. Im sure I'll think of more....cant wait to start playing!! p.s. my fiance thinks this is her car...lol

| Very nice cars BoatailBob, I like the 71 better than the other two years (72&73) the lines are sharper and crisper. Check out my 65, just had it repainted. I like first generation the best. My 98 is pearl like yours, very classy | |

This was the year I wanted when I first started looking for rivis..but then the boattail came along and I couldnt pass it up. Someday Id like a first and second gen, but Ill have to buy a farm before so I can fit all these cars.

| Awesome.
I love the rims on the 71, reminds me of a hot wheels cars. I dont think they would work on the 97, but look great on that boat tail.
