Just wanted opinions or knowledge to check.......
Is the 66 and 67 Riviera bumpers identical? Mines a 66 and i found a really sweet deal on two 67 bumpers that are freshly rechromed, no miles. Basically cheper than i can get my worked for. I gotta move fast though...

Any body know for sure? These are both non GS models, though i dont think that matters!!!

Thanks for yalls time...

Joe

Welcome ...

I have several pictures of both on my computer and they appear to be the same to me. I'll see if I can check with an expert and get back to you as soon as I can.

Have you ever heard of the Riviera Owners Association? We are a fairly active group here in NC, you might think about joining.

I talked to a '66 and a '67 owner, they are "almost" “positive” the bumpers are interchangeable for the two years. This is the best I can tell you in a hurry, there are others I can check with in the Riviera Owners Association (ROA) but it would be the weekend before I can check with them.

The guy with the '67 told me he has a "straight" driver quality front bumper with one quarter size dent in it for $300. Just an FYI.

Thanks for the info Rivman 99.

I think ill put a down payment on the bumpers.

I appreciate the offer from the ROA friend, but i have that price beat. i intend to get thast much for mine in the swap. So i might have some 66 bumpers, very straight, just some aged clouding for sale soon, to restock the cookie jar for a paintjob.
