95 Riviera SC
PCM is bad per shop so whcih year will work on the 95. Had one used parts yard say that it did not matter if it came from a SC or not. Said any 94 or 95 3800 would work.
Anyone know where i might find a cross reference chart that would show?
Also, regardless, will I also have to have it programed to match car?

Basically true, you find one that matches your OE number, and there are many, and reuse your
prom chip in the used one. There is no programming involved. Your PROM lives under a cover with I believe 2 screws holding it on. Hope this helps.
