so i was driving the riv around yesterday and i had the heat on and i noticed it got cold then went back to hot after 20 seconds it did this a couple times any ideas? its a 98 by the way

I'm guessing low coolant, could be a blend door acting up though.

The question is where is your coolant going - keep an eye on the level and how fast it's dropping. There are some plastic parts in the cooling system that deteriorate with age.
