Ok this is a last ditch effort to fix this problem. As some of you know I've been dealing with 16.4 LTFT since I've bolted the new motor in. Tune is 1.5 bin with numbers for the LQ4 MAF. That's it, nothing else done. 16.4 at idle, mild acceleration and obviously goes down to 0 at WOT. Car also stinks bad of exhaust and fuel understandably. I've ruled out vacuum leaks so I'm moving onto checking my routing. Go ahead and make fun of the picture, my son and I were cracking up as we were drawing it. Does this look OK to you guys?

Photobucket

There is vacuum TO the Evap purge valve, but no vacuum from the other side of the valve to the Evap switch at idle, and obviously no vacuum from the bottom of the switch to the evap canister. I'm not sure if this is by design.

Have you checked your fuel pressure?

Should be 50 psi at idle with the vacuum line off the regulator and plugged.

In the drawing it looks like you have a line going from the little boost tree off the blower to the throttle body nipple. That's not right. That throttle body fitting is supposed to be for the evap. Where you have the evap going in the picture is fine for the evap system but you need to remove that one connecting the tb to that boost tree.

The way you have it, you can just delete that hose and cap the fittings off or un-tee the fuel regulator and bbv so you can use both nipples on the boost tree and not have to plug anything there. The evap is your preference but from the factory, it goes to the bigger nipple on the throttle body and one of those on that 3-nipple fitting on the blower is capped.

Thanks Guys, Codith, now that you say that it makes absolutely no sense that I have the tb going to the vacuum tree on the blower...lol

Never got it fixed. Sold the car and the guy that bought it installed the stock cam, stock SC pulley, stock tune and everything was fine. I have a GTP now and i miss my Riv frown
