'98 Engine Mounts

Yo. I guess I'll be rebuilding my engine mounts. I have a vibration over 65 mph that goes away when coasting. I was told the mounts are mad. I see the engine rocking a little when I rock the car while looking at the engine.

My question: I see the mount up front below the radiator and the mount on the inner passenger fender. Where exactly is the other mount? Or is there more than just three?

There is a transmission mount in the drivers side wheel well, and if you look directly toward the rear of the car from underneath at the mount up front below the radiator, you will find the rear transmission mount attached to the subframe and transmission.

I just ordered replacement mounts for the radiator side and the firewall side of the engine. Plenty available. Some are OEM GM mounts and others are aftermarket. Some are the mount and bracket, some are just the mount. As for the driver's side inner fender transmission mount.... I just bought the last remaining mount in the country... located with a Buick Dealer nationwide parts search.

The radiator side mount is part# 22201114 and the firewall side mount is part# 22201116. Lots on ebay.

The passenger side mount and now the driver side mount are not available anywhere.

Get a passenger side mount from a junkyard, seriously.
