nope, not at that angle. how does the electrode look?
what is your gap set at?

Need more pics, It looks like some dark flecks on the center electrode.
If so, that would be an indication of detonation.

I don't remember what the gap is set at. We discussed it on regalgs.org and I believe I went with Aaron's recommendation, whatever it was.

I've never heard any knocking. It runs smooth.

Looks fine. Perfect plug. Measure the gap and adjust if necessary. Replace, or leave it in for another 10-15k miles.

Would the gap change with use? If not, then it's fine, and we know 104's can be run in stock Riv's with no problem.

they will change slightly. (gap gets larger as the electrode burns away) but with only a couple thousand miles they probably haven't even changed.

looks ok> thats the color a properly functioning plug should be,not too hot,wht, lean condition. not black,running rich. ashen color is good.

It is good to see an AL104 from a stock engine with no evidence of fouling. Thanks for the update. From this we can conclude it's okay to skip the 605s, especially if you are a spirited driver.
