| I replaced my supercharger belt about 2 months ago and ever since it likes to walk about 1/3 the way off the idler pulley. Before it move towards the drivers side and I wouldn't have a problem with it. Now when I put the belt on the inner ribs of the pulley, it'll jump to the outer ribs and part of it will be off of the idler pulley. It worries me as I don't want it to slip off while I'm going down the road. Also, when I move it to the inner ribs the belt will squeak until it fixes itself. Anybody got any ideas? | |

The idler or tensioner pulley, maybe both, need replaced. Easy way to do that is get a replacement tensioner from rockauto.com. If you tap the pulley along the axis it probably moves in and out. Bearing is shot. | |

| It's on the crank pulley correctly. That was the first thing I checked. I'll check the other pulleys. | |

| I do know if you're running an INTENSE hub with INTENSE pulley, the belt should use the innermost grooves for best alignment. Did you change anythjng else when you did the belts?
