Updated Pics of my 97 with Bra and Chrome Tips

I have had my eye on one of these for quite a while now, but everyone that I've seen has been out of my budget. Finally I found a reasonably priced one (not in my wife's opinion) with low mileage and with all service records from day one.

I love it, and will for a long time to come.

I always do it. Its too easy for someone to pay some site $50 to get all your information from your plate. Not saying a member from here would do it but anyone can see it.

What year and what color is it?

It's a 97, Champaign exterior, tan interior with a black rag top and chrome wheels.

looks good. BUT, on of those (second) shots, the rag top looks like a bad tupee. lol
I like the color though. Very nice body.

You know what?
I think it looks as good as I thought it would with the bra. It came with those stupid looking round things on the (top) front like many bras do, but I took those off.
It compliments the rag top. Next step is to have the vamous "R" symbol embroidered on the front of the bra.
One thing I don't like is the single chrome tips, I'm already in the process of getting dual tips on either side.

i think the tips would look better if they were not round or if they were bigger diameter.

I tried that and it didnt work too well. They look better but they didn't look good.

Thanks for the tip, I think I'll do just that. They really do need something done to them. Just a curiosity, did you install the remote start yourself? Is it hard to do?

Yes I did. Pretty easy with the adapter T-Harness I also bought.

very clean looking, I like it.

I always like the bras on cars...but functionally they kinda dont make sense. Yea, they protect the front, but if you take it off a few seasons later then you can tell a paint/fade/scratch quality difference. I had one on a previous vehicle, just because I bought it with it. But I liked it.

It Looks Good John and I'll bet it's one of a kind. Like i said before, most of us that are into cars, always personalize our rides.

John...I see lots of gravel...even a mound of it in the backround.
Are there gravel roads in your area...thus the bra?
