http://carphotos.cardomain.com/ride_images/4/375/4721/38437360009_large.jpg That's just the reflection of the camera's flash in the taillight's reflectors that ring the lens. There isn't any special lighting. It does look pretty cool when you catch that reflection though Al

| Took a picture of mine last night. It would look awesome if someone were able to make the taillights function like that. I took an old broken taillight and drilled a few holes in the upper part of that ring and put some lights in there to see how it would work and the light does not spread well being so close to the lens, you could see where each bulb was. I think to make it look any good, you would need hundreds of LEDs like the challenger, but that would be a quite different look than the way it reflects. Id definitely like to see someone try it! | |

The picture I posted is just the camera flash! I didnt take pictures of the taillight I experimented with because it didnt really look like anything special. I think the right way to do it would be to make a new rear housing for the taillight behind the lens. Not something I am capable of doing and maybe expensive to have made I would imagine. A taillight from a U-Pull-It Yard is usually like $10-15. Wouldnt have to worry about messing up if you just snagged a scrappy one from a yard.

yo i always meant to sign in this forum and ask but ive always held it off /forget, well its not that important but now that i came across this thread,, only HALF of my tail light reflects, which is the left side. so the right side doesnt shine / reflect anymore i dont know why??? how can i fix this? its like a half ring now the left side reflects then it slowly fades to the right and the right side doesnt reflect at all
