when i get home in a few days im going to replace the gaskets on my valve covers, intake manifold, and oil pan. is there anything i need besides the gaskets? bolts? etc. anything thats not in the write ups i should look for or get pics of? an help tips etc is apreciated. my gaskets have been waiting for months and i finally get to do it

I would check the write up for the LIM gasket replacement. It will show you where you should place the black rtv for the LIM gasket. Make sure you get the aluminum LIM gasket from GM if you haven't already. Check the oil pan gasket for tips and information for that area.

Let us know how it goes. I have to replace the valve cover gaskets on my Riv too. The rear one looks like it will be a pain in the butt.

Glad somebody else asked so I can make sure to not overlook anything. I'm getting ready to do supercharger coupler, upper and lower intake gaskets as well as throttle body and all associated coolant hoses and heater hoses/plugs, front and rear valve covers, injectors, water pump, power steering. Decided to wait on rockers, valves, rods, and lifters til later when they start acting like they need it.

Make sure you have thread sealant on hand along with the thread locker.I'm pretty sure some of those manifold bolts go into water jacket passages.
