| Hey all, I'm fairly new here, although I've already pm'd a few members for performance questions. The car is a '99 in pearl white with tan leather. It was previously owned by my dad. He bought it pre-owned in 2004 or thereabouts. It's my second Riv. The first one did 225k before a new supercharger and some required bodywork caused us to part ways. Great cars all aroumd, I drove the first one to prom some years back. Anyhow, like my profile says, I sell for a Buick GMC store. If anybody has any questions about what GM's planning from my end, I'll gladly let you know. | |

| Will do. Unfortunately it looks like they're in 3rd place behind the Grand National and a hybrid Encore/ Enclave concept. Btw, here's mine. The funny thing about it is that the supercharger was replaced about two years ago with one that was ported and polished. I inherited the car six months ago. Port and polish was actually the next mod I was interested in, and here I find out that it's already been done which had me thinking, "What the hell? Why am I not going faster and getting better mpg?" In reality I had noticed that it was a bit peppier than my previous Riv, I had just attributed that to 80k miles worth of wear and tear. | |

| Garaging will do that. Unfortunately it no longer sleeps in the garage, hoping to change that in the next year or so. Also hoping to add some 1.8 or 1.9 rockers if I can come by some used ones. | |

I think you will find that everybody here is great and very helpful. We share a love for the Riv, but there is plenty of overlap when it comes to other topics too. So, again, welcome to the forum. | |

| Ruben's not the only one who's stared longingly at the spot where his center cap once was. Ebay is my friend for that one. Knockoffs with an etched R that dip near the center for $15. http://www.ebay.com/itm/95-99-BUICK-RIVIERA-CHROME-7-SLOTED-CENTER-CAPS-1-/301100189588?pt=Motors_Car_Truck_Parts_Accessories&hash=item461af84794&vxp=mtr#ht_914wt_664 Or the occassional over-priced beat-up original. http://www.ebay.com/itm/Lot-of-95-96-97-98-99-Buick-Riviera-CHROME-RARE-Wheel-Center-Caps-Hubcaps-/251453286293?pt=Motors_Car_Truck_Parts_Accessories&hash=item3a8bc8a795&vxp=mtr#ht_363wt_902 | |

| I don't like the ones with the etching. I had seen those beat up ones on eBay before and they can be Frankensteined to work but I dunno. I have one that flew off my car after hitting a crater pothole then getting run over by a car before I could recover it. I'm going to try to get a couple on eBay if they pop up. I think 40-50 bucks is reasonable for a food one. Come on stan sell me that extra one! | |

| That is a sharp Riv. And one the most rare being a 99. Hope to find a 98 or 99 myself that clean at some point. | |
