Been reading posts on the coupler and how easy it is to change on a M90 unit.,,I have read again and again how the M62 must be completely removed to change the same part..Is that true or can it be changed same as the M90..Mine is rattling..been doing it a long time..worries me but can't even find anyone to touch it.

The supercharger does need to be removed completely but it is still a pretty quick easy job. With proper tools and supplies, no reason it should take much more than 30min or so

yep jus take yer time and tear it all down I would replace the lower intake gaskets and valve cover gaskets while yer at it and might as well do the plastic coolant elbows with the new alumnium ones. Use black rtv on the supercharger snout just a thin even layer and let it setup over night before u put the snout back on. I know it seems like alot of work but trust me its well worth it. If you do the lower intake gaskets don't forget to put a dab of black rtv at each corner where the intake and side gaskets meet up. Hope all goes well!
