I Have Returned Empty
PostSubject: I Have Returned   I Have Returned EmptySat May 13, 2017 8:08 am

Last March, 2016, I sold my '98 Riv. It was in fantastic condition but had about 160K on the clock and the transmission was bucking wildly. Not wanting to put money into it, especially because it needed engine mounts and a couple other things, I sold it.

yesterday, for my birthday, my best friend gave me his '96 SC3800 Riv. It needs several new parts, but he has included them with the car. He just wasn't going to get around to to doing it. I certainly will, though. I never let grass grow under my feet. It is in terrible need of paint, as it looks just horrible, but I plan on doing the prep myself and having my buddy squirt it in his body shop.

I'll need a few things, so I will be posting on here.

Glad to be back. I love these cars and missed my Riv.

PS... I have a 12 second 1969 Riviera.

I certainly will, Rivit. That's something I neglected to do with my 69, but in my defense, film wasn't as easy to use as digital is today.
