Do you have to remove them? What's the problem you're trying to solve?

Well, long story short I broke a clip removing the inner fender cover replacing the ac compressor. Noticed an unusual amount of dirt under the trim piece and I would like to clean it all out. All that dirt could cause rust issues. One way or the other they’re coming off lol.

I tried pulling one of mine that had separated from the trim piece. Even pulling directly on the clip, I couldn't get it off. I ended up gluing the trim back onto the clip with weatherstrip adhesive.

I know people on this site have been able to remove the wheel well trim without breaking it, but how they did it is beyond me. Sorry I can't help.
