The pulley that is making noise in the video was replaced lol

Rockers were straight forward no pics were taken I installed ZZP reworked 1.9 rockers and 105 springs.

Notes on headers

One: The header crossover pipe comes dangerously close to the transmission harness conntector. I will be wrapping that area with header wrap to protect the connector.

Two: The o2 harness connector on the 96 is diffrent from the 97 + series 2 I had to cut the connector of the car and put a newer square connector so I could use the extension harness. I will take pics later to show you.

Three: They are leaking from the famous Y-pipe, I am still solving that problem.

Yeah, i dont trust that y-pipe design, whats holding them together??? Ive got tog extremes and theyre nice and big, but the 02 sensor sits on the steering rack. and the crossover pipe caused me to have to reshape my LS1 TB adapter.

Pacesetter headers have the same primary size as your headers. But I am not flowing nearly as much as you are.
