Looks like fiberglass to me. Probably the same method the car stereo guys use to make door pods for speakers.

I'm impressed with the smoothness of it. In the pic at least it looks like a manufactured product.

He made a couple of them if I remember correctly. Seems like he knows what hes doing there. wink


Urban was trying to get something like this made through someone he knew I don't know whats happening with that though. (minus the Ipod holder just for the gauges)
