Check battery voltage when you go to start up. Should be 12v or better. If lower than 11.8, you need a new battery. If volts are good, could be the solenoid on the starter going out (replace starter unit).

The AC blower squealing is a separate problem. Replacing the blower should fix.

Need a scanner or multimeter. How old is the battery?

If the squeal is coming from inside the dash, it's the blower motor. If it's coming from under the hood, you could need new belts/pulleys. How many miles on the car?
