Ok Last week my serptine belt came off I went to precision tune an they reapir edit by putting on an new alternator belt tensioner and new belt tensioner. but today when I driving to work the serptine belt came off again any one have info on what the problem is

Did they put on a new belt, too? Usually belts slip off because they're installed with part of the belt not on the pulley(s), or one of the ribbed idler/tensioner pulleys could be broken. If the tensioner is bad, that could also cause it.

or if the belt gets too wet. like with a coolant leak headbutt

(bad seal caused bad leak)
