I have a leak on my exhaust tube and was wonder does anyone even make headers or a complete exhaust system for this car? Oh and can anyone help me with how big of a S/C pulley I need?

which exhaust 'tube' is leaking? I don't know about headers for the series 1 3800.

how big?big = less boost...and it depends on how much power you wanna make on how small you wanna go... i think most people go with like a 2.6 or 2.5" pulley on the series 1 with exhuast work.

don't worry too much about losing boost with large exhaust dia. You get it back with smaller sc pulleys. I'd worry about noise more than anything.

No one makes headers for the 95. You'll have to have them custom built if you want them. I believe the pulley offered for our cars (Series I) is the 2.5

I recently purchased a whole exhaust system from advanced auto parts. Everything from the cadillitic converter to the chrome exhaust tips. It costs a pretty penny but I saved a little using a universal converter instead of the sc converter. If you have an advanced auto parts in your area you should find what you need there. Not sure about the pully size answer though, sorry.
