| 104 autolite plugs work best for most mod'ed 3800's. if you get everything working right and if you have no KR ,with the 2.5", FWI,some exhaust mods, and mild cam... you could possible run mid 14's maybe low 14's if you loose some weight and launch it well. _________________ 1996 with 254k miles, L32 4" FWI -> ported N* -> Ported Gen V w/3.0" Pulley, Stage 3 Phenolic I/C, ZZP FMHE, 1.84 RR, Headers and 3" pipe to mufflers, F-body brakes, and lowered on Eibachs. -RIP AMG C400 White on black. | Okay, so i checked out Pulley Boys and there are several different sizes listed for the series one. All i want to do is pick up some more power, and be able to hear that sexy whine that we all love. My question is; wat is a pulley size that will pick the power up enough to tell a difference, but wont hurt my dependability or mileage too much. my budget is around 2,200.00 for upgrades so an intake is in the works utilizing a down pipe from a powerstroke- it makes the perfect bend to the fenderwell- and exhaust too. (any tips for an actually decent sounding muffler will garner praise from me) Also, will i need to flash my PCM after i do the swap or is there even a company who flashes the 95's? since nothing else seems to be available for series ones. Once again, I got plenty of dough to spend on this, so no suggestions are out of my budget.(hopefully lol...) | |

well you have a 95 riv with a series one...... GREAT CAR..... but unfortunately there isn't the aftermarket that there is for the series two......... the only place that i KNEW to get series one stuff was AT seriesoneperformance.com UNFORTUNATELY the site seems to have closed down..... im not up to date on my series one modding guide but im sure other 95 owners can chime in here | |

| Start with the biggest dia SC pulley that you can find, just a little smaller than stock. Anything smaller, you want a scan tool for detecting knock (KR). If you see zero knock at WOT, you can drop another pulley size. _________________ '05 GTO 6.0L • 6-spd • 95k miles • 0-60: 4.8s • 16.9 avg MPG • Nelson Ledges Lap: 1:26'95 Celica GT 2.2L • 5-spd • 165k miles • 0-60: yes'98 SC Riviera • 281k miles • 298 HP/370 TQ • 0-60: 5.79s • ET: 13.97 @ 99.28 • 4087 lb • 20.1 avg MPG • Nelson Ledges Lap: 1:30 3.4" pulley • AL104 plugs • 180º t-stat • FWI w/K&N • 1.9:1 rockers • OR pushrods • LS6 valve springs • SLP headers • ZZP fuel rails KYB GR2 struts • MaxAir shocks • Addco sway bars • UMI bushings • GM STB • Enkei 18" EV5s w/ Dunlop DZ101s • F-body calipers EBC bluestuff/Hawk HP plus • SS lines • Brembo slotted discs • DHP tuned • Aeroforce • Hidden Hitch^^^ SOLD ^^^ '70 Ninety-Eight Holiday Coupe 455cid • 116k miles^^^ SOLD ^^^ | |
