just wordering if anyone has a set of these wheels that i can buy- these are starting to peel a little bit

Hmmm... they almost look like bonneville rims with different center caps...

I have to assume that they are the factory rims because the old man said he changed nothing on the car from when he bought it until he sold it to me. Yes the center caps bear the big R on them. Also, who would have the gold emblems that are on my car?

Also, there is an optional wheel listing on the window sticker that came with the supercharger package- maybe thats the optional wheels

well, they are not factory rims, nor were they a buick option. they look like Works 3 piece rims. my roommate has almost the exact same set on his VW.(only with different caps.) he says there is little to no chance of you finding them anymore.
the "option" on the invoice is probably the riv signature 12 spoke rims.

They aren't factory rims, perhaps a dealer installed option in some areas, but I have the '95 options list and brochure and they aren't listed. I've never even seen another Riviera with those wheels before. Supercharged models had the 12 spoke wheels, while non supercharged models had a different wheel.

Speaking of wheels, I like the N/A Riviera wheel. I like the 12 spoke that my S/C has, but I'd gladly take the other wheels as a replacement.

might as well just use steelies and hub caps.
IMO wheels like the ones in your sig pic (right) should have been factory on the riv. 7-9 full spokes really adds to the lines.

They're the ones on the new Riviera Concept, but I didn't do a great job of drawing them.

im not sure im the only one to notice this but if u look at the dealer sticker it says S2 3800 but it has a S1 3800 hmmmmmm

standard equip was a series II N/A 3800, but he got the optional supercharger which came on the series I 3800.

what i find funny is the "estimated anual fuel cost" $1012 WOW some of us are paying that every few month!

But that is a good point made by Corey. They didn't call the supercharged 3800 a Series I until the Series II came out.

Well, thanks for clearing all that up for me I just stopped by the old mans house after i got off work and asked him if they were the factory wheels and he told me that he had them put on the car the minute he left the lot. He didnt like the stock wheels and there was a tire shop right outside the dealership so he picked them out because the factory center caps would fit on them. I know they sure had me fooled into thinking they were stock.

I will hopefully be getting new wheels soon so if anyone here would like them, just let me know.
