Looks good thumbsup

The alternators are a pain, I took mine off sanded it smooth and polished it on a cloth wheel with rouge bars. It was a lot shinier when I first did it, bare aluminum fades quickly frown

How much of a mark does the STB leave in the hood liner?

thanks guys!
the cord is for my scanner, it is always plugged in and my pda stays in the console just in case i have a problem.
i used a degreaser on the engine first (black magic engine shine) and i used sea foam spray (baisicly just a coat of petrol oil) to detail it and spray wax on the painted parts.
the steering wheel cover is the standard size, most will fit but they do not go on easy. you must pull and strech it starting at the top and working down. just make sure its lines up right starting out b/c it will not move once its put on! i cut my last one off
(dont laugh but i think i got that cover at wallmart or autozone) it matches pretty well and doesnt look too gaudy IMO. i just like it b/c it protects the wheel and thickens it up a bit.

I mean the actual ENGINE. It looks perfect.

I have black magic but I didn't want to use too much. Did you spray the engine down? Will I have to cover anything up?

I don't want to be ruining anything I dont have to trying to clean my engine. wink Someone should do a write-up of this. :o
