If you're going to run a 3.3" pulley, I would have to recommend a tune just to be safe. I'm not the expert on the subject, but I know that the 3.4" pulley is pushing the limits of the stock fuel tables (from reading the FAQ) and you would have to go with a tune. You're well on your way with all those mods, and in my opinion, if you have a FWI, T-stat, ported/plog'ed manis, and 104's, that's enough to safely run the 3.4" ....

My advice? Get the modular pulley system, and buy both pullies - then, when you get your tune done (where, I have no idea) then you can tune for the 3.3" and see where you go from there. Plus you should be able to sell the 3.3" to someone if you have to get some money back.

I hope you've done a lot of research on the parts you are bolting together. You are going to use S2 heads with ported manifolds?

I thought your Walbro was a waterpump... whoops.

Anyway, as Derek was saying, you might want to think about headers instead of ported, especially with that nitrous (I imagine the headers would help in this department).

You are better off waiting then and buying the part you are going to end up with.

Why spend $200 now to spend another $900 later and get rid of the $200 part? Makes no sense. If you know where you want to end then wait till you have enough money for what you want to end up with.

Sorry, for some reason I was thinking S2 meant Stage 2 heads. Are you just going for a stock series II build?
