I have a 98. The horn & panic button on the remote does not turn on the alarm. Is there a fuse the dealer might have pulled so the alarm did not go off. Where is it as the manual does not say.

Will that remote lock and unlock the doors and open the trunk? Does the 2nd remote work?

The remote unlocks the trunk & doors. The other remote dose not work. There is no chirp when locking & unlocking, not sure if there is supposed to be one. Dealer probably I hope removed the fuse but I do not know where it is. I think the 2nd remote needs to be programmed.

Which fuse is it for the horn , I would like to eliminate the fuse before I go further. The owners manual in the index under horn fuse says see fuses & circuit breakers but the horn fuse is not listed. Is it on the side of the drivers door or under the rear seat or somewhere else.

The FSM doesn't mention a fuse, but they removing the horn relay, and with a test light you should see power on both #85 and #30.

Can you honk the horn from the steering wheel?

Cannot honk the horn with the steering wheel, also I pressed the panic button on the remote in case they are related & it did not work otherwise the remote works.
