I will have to try swapping the cables. I ordered the cable a long time ago and one of the ends was bad. I got a replacement cable and they let me keep the old cable. I tried to repair the bad end and I think that is probably the main problem.

It was a bad RCA. I switched it out with a little home RCA cable and I didn't hear any whine. Thanks for the help.
