most Clubs in the US Register at the MVA so you can get specialized Tags, ex; Corvette club US, FOP, ect, ect... I, personally would Jump on the ROA Club, and pay all of the fees if they would register, and provide us Riv owners with personalized tags, i mean it cant be to big of a hassle; look who is registered in MD:

ND requires a minimum of 50 applicants and the organization must pay a $1500 fee. Pretty cheap over 50 buyers if you can find them in state. Not gonna happen here.

The ROA offers license plate frames, and aluminum embossed plates for car show use.

Good luck, the east coast seems to be the Buick hotbed. They also have an email list you can use to drum up support. Don't even have to be a member to use it.
