ok..i hit a bump last week and if i didnt know better id say im idling a little high in park. some of my numbers were

in park-1000-1100 rpms
in neutral around 8-900
in drive with break on - 600

it just feels like sumthing is off...it just got inspected and everything came out clear.....am i just paranoid?

That seems right if the car is still cold. (when you first start it up)
The idle in P should fall to about 800rpm when it's fully warmed and something like 650rpm in gear.

Park and Neutral should be the same. Once the car is warmed up, you should be idling at 850 in Park or Neutral, and 650 or so in gear. If it's staying at 1000+ I'd suspect the Idle Air Control motor is not working right.
