| I'm trying to figure out how many different climate control models work on a 1997 Riv that are shared between other Buick models. After searching through ebay, I've found quite a few 96-99 LeSabre CCs that are dirt cheap compared to Riv ones. I'm wondering if these are compatible with my car. Hmmmmm... Any help is greatly appreciated. edit: I'm wondering if part 16214484 (climate control) will work in a 1997 Riviera. I'm pretty positive it will but just want to be sure. There's so many different numbered units that look identical. | |

| I have a feeling you might find a lot of Buick CC heads, but I know many of the LeSabres had 'manual' climate control as compared to our 'auto' climate control. These head units may actually still work, as long as they are from a dual-CC car, but I can't guarantee that, it's just a guess that the interfaces are the same. Try it and find out for us!! | |
