White Diamond '98 Riv

My Riv is the Bright White Diamond color. (or Pearl) Also has gold pinstripes, gold Riv emblems. I kind of like the pinstripes on my car. Not to sure about the gold emblems though, could do w/o them.


I really only have one half decent pic though, that is my avatar. I'll post a larger version though. Oh wait, here's a 2nd one to put up.

Did I mention I was one of the "little people"? lol

Thanks! I do want to remove the aftermarket "signature series" badges though. They are on the deck lid, sail panels, and ash tray door.

Sunny 50deg day today, so I washed up the Riv at noon. Kind of getting ready for winter, need to do the interior soon too. The new cornering lamps sure look good!

Ok, here's the new look with KMC Gnome rims from 54nailhead(Luke). I like the change.

Well worth the small investment. I like it, looks real good with chrome wheels.
I hate my stock alloys and can't wait to come across a set of wheels I like for the right money.
It will have to be after I finish all the engine / performance mods though.

Chrome is definitely worth the money. I changed the 12 spoke silver to 7 spoke chrome and it made a huge difference.

I really like the car and the new rims look good but what is going on with your lower bumper? It looks distorted from the front...

Some of them have the 'droop' in the middle of the bottom grille. To me they look like lips, and his Riv has a girl's set of lips.

Dave the car looks really good with the rims on there, I'm glad they went to another Riv owner. They really do make a Riv look completly different.

I almost miss them after seeing them on a different car.

You mean the bottom of the bumper cover? It's always looked like that, I thought they all did. I'll have to take a closer look where the "dimples" are.


One more new pic. This was taken before I released the parking brake, which let the suspension "relax" down again. Looks like it's sitting kind of high in this.

I THINK there are supporting brackets that attach at each of those 2 spots on the bumper cover, as I recall. Looks like maybe they've sagged or something.

"Signature Edition" emblems, dealer aftermarket crap, imho. I'm planning to remove them this summer. There's one or two in the interior also.
