Am I correct in that the light blue 63 is Pat Curran's riv, the former ROA New England region director?

Our region's ROA picnic is this Saturday, Oct 3rd, at the Minuteman National Park, Concord, MA. Hope the weather will be agreeable and we get a good turnout. I'll try to get pic's and post them.

No Dave, Pat's Riv that was almost that color was a '65. He e-mailed that he wasn't able to come. He got 1st place with his '65 in the 63-65 class at Savannah and then it was sold shortly after he got home.
He does still have his '69 Riv, he sent a message a couple of weeks ago that that Riv got "Best Buick" at the Food Lion Auto Fair in Charlotte, he said it has 8,900 miles on it now if I remember correctly.

I should have known better...went back to the pic's you posted of your meet in May and realized it was a '65. He's one lucky guy to have a '69 with only 8900 miles on it!! Of my two '92's, one has 146K and the other has 123K miles.

I love the front end on the 65, but overall, I dont think you can beat the 64 for looks.
I am really bummed that I didn't get there now, would have been the only '97. sad

Thanks, Randall for the pics! I was going to say the same, '65 Rivs are the best, imo. That's a great color for it, too.
agree

I'll have to say I'm partial to the '65 myself.
I hope to have mine at least put back together eventually!

It was GREAT for me to see that many turn out! Made the efforts worth while!
I hope to add a boattail one of these days, when I get more finished AND more space!

I didn't know you had a 65. Is it complete or disassembled?
Do you have any pic's of it on the board somewhere.?

It isn'much to look at still, this picture is where it was stored before I brought it home last year!

Brought it home last spring and put it in the garage.

I haven't done much to it in several years but hope to get to it SOON!
