| Looks good! What you have to do is right click the picture itself on the flicker website, then click properties, and then put the html address in that properties box in the IMG brackets. | |

Thanks for the Flickr secret, Ilan! I would swear that when I've posted pics and diagrams of parts in the past, I just copied the address from the URL bar... Maybe it's because they were much smaller files. EDIT: I've figured it out now. On large files, click on Flickr's "All Sizes" button, then when you choose the one you want, the correct address to copy is in the URL bar, and also specifically listed for you on the page itself, down below the photo.

Thanks a lot, Josh. Maybe I'll submit it... (Do you do the Riv of the Month for that?)

Voteings already over for the 2010 calender I belive. But if I were you I would put the pic in the voteing for the 2011 calender when voteing opens next year.

| Thanks Josh, I'm sure I can find the section you mean, I just had it in my head that the calendar might have been made up of the monthly winners... I took this picture with a Polaroid digital that I bought used for $50 some years ago. I was really happy with it when I saw it blown up on the computer, especially as I only had it set for the 2nd of 4 picture sizes. However, you made me think: perhaps I should find a better location for a "submission shot"... I could put the Golden Gate in background if I wanted to, but then I'd have to wash it again (the car, not the bridge.) | |

| Thank you too, BMD. It is a nice color in direct sun, but under overcast or artificial lights both it and the interior have a slight pink cast to them... I like your color, too. My Wildcat is burgundy, and as I've whined before, I REALLY wanted to find a '97 with the new Bordeaux Pearl. A deep red/less purple shade, pearl metallic, and a matching interior that looks a lot 'richer' than the Medium Neutral... I'm sure your interior feels warmer and more inviting, and it doesn't make you feel like you've got floodlights on you when you're inside. 80) Oh, and we would've had a Buick-Vino-Trifecta too, with a Burgundy convertible, a Bordeaux coupe, and a 'Claret' LeSabre sedan | |

| . I started this thread with an exterior shot, and then Robo gave me a compliment on my interior when I posted my "brake-pedal-lowering" writeup, so I thought I'd finally summon up my inner anal-retentive and put the engine compartment back in shape... Just for fun, can anyone spot the out-of-place Cadillac part?

is that a caddy horn on the fuse box? Ding-ding-ding-ding, we have a winner! When I got this car, before my Eldo went to heaven, I was not pleased with the "un-American" sound of the horns... Turns out that the OE horns are F and high-A, so I pulled the low-D out of the Cad and mounted it to a fender bolt in the Rivi. Now I have a "properly deep" D-minor chord. . (BTW, if anyone's interested, I think ArmorAll sucks. That stuff I used on the engine cover and the intake plumbing is Stoner Trim Shine, the same thing I use on the gray/black rocker panels and air dams... It lasts a long time, gets more 'satin' after a while, and sprays on evenly with no wiping required usually - I highly recommend it.) .

| i despise armor-all too. i like the meguires vinyl and plastic shine for the rubber and trim. its easily found locally and i go through the stuff pretty fast detailing friends and neighbors cars. _________________ 1996 with 254k miles, L32 4" FWI -> ported N* -> Ported Gen V w/3.0" Pulley, Stage 3 Phenolic I/C, ZZP FMHE, 1.84 RR, Headers and 3" pipe to mufflers, F-body brakes, and lowered on Eibachs. -RIP AMG C400 White on black. | Very nice, that's the cleanest, most original looking engine bay I think I've seen (besides the horn) | |

| it rivals Randals 95 and 99s, except Randal keeps his OEM only and you got the mod bug _________________ 1996 with 254k miles, L32 4" FWI -> ported N* -> Ported Gen V w/3.0" Pulley, Stage 3 Phenolic I/C, ZZP FMHE, 1.84 RR, Headers and 3" pipe to mufflers, F-body brakes, and lowered on Eibachs. -RIP AMG C400 White on black.
