PostSubject: Intake CFM   Intake CFM EmptyTue Feb 09, 2010 3:44 am

Does anybody know how many cubic feet/minute a 1996 supercharged riviera would put out at wide open throttle?

I know mine pulled ~32 lb/min with a 3.4" SC pulley at 11 PSI boost. Air weighs about .075 lb per cubic foot, so that would mean around 425 CFM. A stock engine would use considerably less, perhaps 375-400 CFM. Ambient temperature also plays a part (mine was measured around 60ºF).

If anyone stock can measure a scan their max air flow parameter, we can calculate it.
