interior color choices....

Does anybody have a favorite interior color? It seems like there were more colors for the interior in the 95's than the later years other than grey or tan. I'm only basing this thought on what I've seen and E-bay viewing...

I like the lighter colors the best. Tan, grey, and the color of mine, which looks grey, but is actually a light green that is called "Sea Mist":

The lighter colors seem a little more dressy and can be dressed up even more...

...but I do like the looks of the Graphite in the right color car....Black or White or even in the Dark Gray.

The bench seat was not listed as standard starting in '98 and that might have been some of the difference?

Actually did notice after I posted it, there were only six different colors in '95, just more options...

Is charcoal rare? I had it in mine, but i haven't seen it on any others.

I think it was only available on 95s , and yeah it was fairly rare.

I understand that fabric interior with the column shifter was rare, too.

Can anyone help with the exact name of my interior, I've heard it called Bordeaux Red, Ruby Red etc. I found a nice steering wheel in a salvage yard but it was grey, so now I need to find the right products to finish it in my interior color. Thanks

according to my 1996 dealer sales brochure the interior options are
adriatic blue, light gray, jadestone, taupe, and dark ruby red for
leather. And the same except no jadestone and the gray is a 'medium'
for the cloth options.

i have the graphite gray interior. its a soothing color

I'll work on a couple of pictures, that is what color the other '95 I have has in the interior. It is a Smokey Amethyst Metallic exterior and the Graphite interior.
My plan is to use the interior in my '65 and paint it Smokey Amethyst Metallic, we'll see how that works out.

I forgot I have a couple of pics that will show the color, not very good pictures but it does show the color.

I always wanted to see a Rivi with the baby poo green interior that's available. It's got to be a rare color.

Would you call this charcoal or graphite? Seems extra dark, like almost matching the vent plastic color

Is that an OEM interior or painted? I can't tell, never seen one of like this before!

Oem, Yup! And me neither haha I seem to be the only one I can find with it. I've got a Black 95sc w/out the sunroof, memory mirror/seats, or heated seats. The mirrors are auto-dim and heated though. Not sure if she's custom order or what the trim package is for sure but I'm having difficulty placing this interior color. I certainly like it though

Looks like the same color i swapped into my 98 back when i had it. The 95 i stole it from was also a no sunroof no memory not heated.

It is called Graphite and was only available in the '95.

I have a '95 parts car with that interior, it is pretty low optioned and has the Smokey Amethyst Metallic paint. The SE trim package was what added the extra seat options, and the sunroof was an option of its own.

Yes, I still have it, but, I kind of have a planned use for that interior.

I am planning on modifying one of my '65s to include putting that interior into it. Hopefully I'll be able to get to it sooner than later, and, hopefully the interior will still be good enough to use?!? It has been sitting so long parts of it are starting to not look so good.




I know where there is one in a yard near me, what are you looking for?
