Thanks for the tip...I'll do it ASAP ...or scrub them with dish liquid on a brush (toilet brush will work), then spray wd40 on a rag and wipe down... no paint overspray... yes you have to do it again after a while... but paint has its own issues like flaking back off the plastic and other crap. Withe the wd40 (or silicone lube spray) wipedown that does not happen.

| I love those wheels on the car! They fit really well - the style and even the size of the rims is perfect. | |

Looks like I've got another sibling Riv out there. Are you parting out the Riv in your signature line? It looks like much too nice of a car for that in the pic. Thanks for the compliment on the rims.

| I got my windows tinted at Auto Trim last Friday and I will be posting pics in a few days after I get her all cleaned up. God I love this car !!! Taking it to the tint shop was my first freeway trip since we got her road ready. I have owned a lot of nice cars over the years, but none that got any more attention than the Riv. I'm very happy with it. By the way, I posted a picture of the new license plate I designed for the front (above). I hope to have it from the printer in a few days. Any of you are welcome to use the design for your own plate if you want too. | |

| Yeah unfortunately I am parting it out...subframe - body rot issues . It was definitely a sharp car, much like yours is! Keep it clean! | |

| Hey, Andrew: I would like to talk with you about your car. I am looking for the Series I Supercharger Cover. You can call me if you like. I also need the little air vent that goes on the rear of the console for the rear seat. I could also use a BCM if you think yours is in good shape. 575-494-5867 Fortunately, we don't have those rust & rot issues in our part of the country (desert southwest). | |

| I saw a used set of those same Lacrosse rims online and ordered them for my black '98. The seller says they are 5x115, but I'm expecting that's incorrect and they will need redrilling. | |

| Hi Steve: My rims were 5x120 and I had them redrilled and machined to fit. I suspect that you will have to do the same thing unless you want to go with 5x115 to 5x120 adapters. Good Luck and keep us posted on the outcome. | |

| Did you both pay around $1400 for this wheels with tires?
Those look amazing on you're car and I'd love a set, but I can't justify paying as much for rims as my car is worth lol

| Thanks for the compliment. I got mine from MVP Wheels http://www.mvpwheels.com/ The tires (Michelins) and 18" rims are take-offs from a 2011 Buick LaCrosse w/ 0 miles. Price was $1100.00. Shipping was an additional $200.00. I also had my wheels professionally redrilled and machined to an exact fit, which was another $350.00. WELL WORTH IT IN MY OPINION. | |

| I found what looks like a deal on eBay: $650 for the set, plus $190 for shipping. Includes tires, too. A couple of them have slight curb rash, thus the lower price. From the photos, the damage looks pretty minor. I hope I'm not disappointed when they arrive. | |

| Well, my wheels/tires arrived and I'm pretty happy with them. Two of them have slight curb rash on a part of the outer edge, but it's not too bad. I could have paid $400 more for a brand new set, but with my luck I would have put curb rash on them myself within a month. | |
