how many miles/hours have you run the car since the last time startup fuel pump pressure was checked?

Ummmm......<2000 miles and it was tested with brand new pump and filter and the injectors have since been cleaned.

I don't have any more ideas for you other than to review the startup sequence in the service manual and check the sensors that are involved one by one... and scan for that CEL.
