| PAG 150 is what it came with. You could probably use Ester 100 with no problem. | |

| I thank you for the information of the normal engine oil often must be drained? I removed the filler cap and look for oil that's in it has an odor of burnt how many miles you must drain the supercharged (compressor) along with draining the engine oil? we here in France we have no garage to repair the U.S., the mechanics do not want to put their hands in thank you | |

| Yes.Just suck out all the old oil.Pretend its a big escargot. After that fill with 5w30 just up to the bottom of the threads where the plug screws in. The 95s are a spoiled bunch. Our repair manual allows us to choose the oil.I change my oil every 3rd or 4th oil change. It only costs me a few cents.no sweat. | |

Albertj [ If you have a 1995 Riviera, you may use "5W30" synthetic oil or the GM oil in the supercharger. If you have a newer car you must use "supercharger oil." Any Opel, Chevrolet, or other General Motors dealer can get the oil, it is the GM number 12345982. RockAuto.com and summitracing.com have it also.] | |
