| Well, I had the Riv since February, 2005...today I traded her for a 2013 Sonic LTZ hatchback...
The Riv was beginning to need too much..
Power steering pump
Rack and Pinion
Upper intake manifold coolant leak (starting to get bad)
So...I took her to the dealer go get a car I've been looking at...
A Sonic???? Yes, I got a red LTZ hatchback with heated leatherETTE seats, 6-speed manual and the turbo...
Odd, but the Riv has been with me so long I felt as if she were family...but all things must end...
Thank you to all here...I made friends and had SO much help when I needed it!!!!!

| There's no shame in keeping a ten year old car on the roads for another eight faithful years; I think you'll really like the Sonic that took its place. I only had a chance to drive the 1.8 and 5MT but the chassis was very compliant and I've sampled the 1.4T in the Cruze Eco with the 6MT. Post some pics for us before you head out! | |
